Customer agrees that all images and digital files from Elena De La Rosa Photography WILL NOT be edited/altered in anyway with software, filters, overlays, etc. Please contact the studio to request social media sized images. Any images shown on any social media site (i.e. Facebook, blog, Instagram, etc) MUST have the Elena De La Rosa Photography logo visible or credit given in post.

If downloading digital files, customer agrees that the images will not be entered in any photography or other competition or contest without expressed written consent of Elena De La Rosa Photography and must include credit given to Elena De La Rosa Photography. Your release does NOT include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, print sale profits, or resale of any nature.

Your purchase of the original files releases Elena De La Rosa Photography from any liability due to loss or damage to the images, and also releases photographer from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph. You hereby grant Elena De La Rosa Photography the right to use and publish images and photographs taken at your session to further promote it's service, including portfolio, web site, display, social media, advertisement, and editorial use. By using any of the images you are agreeing to the above terms.

Elena De La Rosa Photography may revoke this license at any time and for any reason. Elena De La Rosa Photography hereby warrants that she is the sole creator of these images and owns all copyrights granted by law.
